WHY HIRE A LIVE, ON-SITE ENGRAVER FOR MY WEDDING?
Featuring an experience that is happening in real-time for your guests to participate in during cocktail hour or later on during the reception is such a simple yet luxe way to keep everyone entertained. Your loved ones get to go home with new memories and a keepsake capturing the beauty of the evening.
HOW DOES THE BOOKING & PRICING/PAYING WORK?
This is a custom experience so there isn’t a one-price-fits-all option. Pricing will depend on the number of guests, the hours requested, the material chosen, the number of preset designs requested, complexity of designs, etc. Because there are so many factors in the service we will setup a call with you once we receive the inquiry. Follow up calls may be necessary but once we are all happy with the package chosen you’ll get a bill sent to you, where 50% will be due to hold your date and the final 50% is due one month before your wedding day. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
WHERE DOES THE STATION GET SET UP & WILL IT BE LOUD?
We need space for 2 tables (one for engraving and one for product/design showcasing) and two chairs! We will go wherever you’d like us - the engraving machine is small and portable and does have a relatively quiet aeration vent so we are flexible on station location!
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR OUT OF TOWN WEDDINGS?
Currently, we are only servicing those who are getting married in the St. Louis and surrounding areas.
DO YOU GUYS PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS? CAN I PROVIDE THEM?
We certainly can! That will be rolled into the final price. If you have something specific in mind and want to handle outsourcing the products, we’ll just need at least one sample sent to us before the event so we can test the settings for engraving that specific product. When ordering, you’ll want to leave room for error so purchasing at least 8-12% more than expected is standard.
